As a family owned and operated business, we offer flexible schedules and individual attention to all of our students. Our teachers at Everglades Academy are nurturing, certified, experienced and professional. We have an open-door policy with an open line of communication with parents at all times. Our classrooms, from Infant to VPK, offer age-appropriate activities. We incorporate hands-on experiences, sensory stimulation, and cooperative and independent learning all through our challenging theme-based curriculum.
Academic reputation is something we take great pride in at Everglades Academy. Not only were we one of the first schools in Pembroke Pines to offer the VOLUNTARY PRE KINDERGARTEN (VPK) program, we are proud to have achieved the highest scores in Pembroke Pines for the last school year (2008-2009)!
Programs
Everglades Academy Programs
We offer year round; full or part-time Preschool for infants-5 years (VPK). After school program for grades K-5th Spring, Fall, Winter and Summer Camp. Everglades Academy also offers an AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM and we provide transportation from several of the local elementary schools. Their afternoons consist of school provided snack, homework assistance and afternoon activities. Enrichment programs in dance and karate are available as well as tutoring.
